FLEX asked REALM to create a community-focused project with the mission of giving back. We designed the “Power to Empower” program driven by the insight that home means much more than a building. Home, as the saying goes, is truly where the heart is – and where a sense of belonging grows, providing life-changing opportunities for families to realize their dreams.

The program has been an overriding success for everyone involved. FLEX continues to lend its power and performance to build back communities and help communities realize their dreams with every screw, nail, cut, and fix.
